3 tough undead patrols outside keep. Try to get one patrol at a time.
Take out wall archers from outside keep.
Undead Cleric and 3-4 tough mobs will come at you through the closed Keep doors. Be ready for them.
Take Keep doors down.
May be 1-2 wall archers still inside. Take them out.
Only Lord will be left. Take him out.
